If “writing is the materialization of words in time and space,” paraphrasing the definition of dance by Merce Cunningham in M.S.Johnston’s, The Phenomenology of Dance, if “language is an event” as proposed in the field of Performance Writing as practiced in Dartington College of Arts, if “translation is an elusive process of transmediation”, if “writing and reading are physical processes and experiences”, what happens when the writing is a choreography consisting of randomly changing fairy lights and fixed binaural processing of words indicating geographical and gender localities evoked by research on the moving spatiality of words? How does the documentation of the writing become a score for this choreographic approach to writing? What if a page is a stage?
